In plain language
SAIKOBIT MEDIA SRL operates Cassie’s World. Cassie is a fictional AI character. We use account data to provide the service, payment events to manage access, optional saved memories to maintain conversation continuity, and limited technical records to keep the service secure.
Private chat is not used as model-training data by default. You can inspect, edit, remove, export, or delete saved memory from My room.
Data we process
Account and age confirmation
Email address, chosen name, password-derived security data, adult confirmation, plan, and account timestamps. We do not need a real-world identity to create the standard account.
Conversation and optional memory
Messages you send, generated replies, daily quota use, and only the continuity facts the service records for you. Avoid sharing special-category, financial, health, location, or other sensitive information.
Membership and commerce
Stripe customer and subscription references, payment status, plan, and webhook event identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Cassie’s World. Affiliate clicks may include the destination, timestamp, campaign reference, and limited fraud-prevention data.
Partnership enquiries
Name, work email, brand, website, brief, indicative budget, consent record, and submission time.
Security records
IP address, user agent, authentication events, rate-limit state, and audit records where necessary to prevent abuse and protect accounts.
Why we process it
We process account and service data to perform the contract you request; security records for legitimate interests in protecting the service; marketing only with a valid permission; and records where the law requires retention. Optional memory exists to provide continuity and can be removed by you.
AI providers and international transfers
A configured AI provider may receive the text needed to generate a reply. Infrastructure, payment, and AI processors may operate outside your country. Before production launch, the operator must publish the configured processor list, transfer safeguards, and retention schedule here.
Operator completion required: processor names, contact details, specific retention periods, legal registration, and transfer mechanisms must be verified before live processing.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to your data-protection authority. The in-product export and deletion controls are available in My room. Legal requests use the configured trader contact.
Children
Cassie’s romantic-companion surfaces are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.
Automated decisions
Generated replies and content access are automated, but Cassie’s World does not use conversation sentiment to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Payment never increases affection or relationship status.
