Open My room and choose “Manage or cancel in Stripe.” Cancellation stops future renewal according to the date shown in the portal. You normally retain access until the end of the paid billing period.
EEA consumer withdrawal
If you are an eligible consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. If you expressly request immediate digital performance during that period, applicable law may affect the right to withdraw once performance begins. The checkout must capture any legally required request and acknowledgement separately and clearly.
Nothing on this page removes a mandatory statutory right. Contact the configured trader address with your name, account email, order or subscription reference, and an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw.
